In my opinion, they are upset because the whole naked short topic is raining on their parade and they would prefer to blame it on others rather than accept some responsibility for the problem which has arisen from the naked shorting. I am one of the people who is fighting in that arena and have been attacked wrongly by some of these same people. I have my own case filed against such a party in the New York Southern District which was filed on July 3, 2003, case number 03cv5035. I am also a plaintiff in the litigation against the DTCC in Nevada. So I have a unique perspective on the topic and I am one of the little guys speaking out.
