I do all that too and on my first attempt on free cash made the same mistake as you. I use two cards exclusively now--Amex for frequent flyer miles and Nordstroms visa for my wife so the rebates make her happy. But i have other cards i play the 0% games with. I need to offset those market losses, you know. mike
