Most of the energy released by solar cells was converted from sunlight to electrical energy. Which would make this a very efficient solar heating system.

Obviously not true.

Who paid for his water? In CA, agribusiness gets a huge subsidy by the home users who make it possible to sell cheap produce and rice to the the rest of the World.

Wonder if that is part of the reason that CA isn't part of the corn belt.<g>

In some parts of the world, water falls from the sky!
