Ahh, I am anything but pure. :>) My argument is not a "perfect world" one, just a plea for sanity. The laws for the SEC and the FDA go too far, also.

A lot of this attempt to wrap the "consumer" in cotton batting is really an attempt to control their lives. People may mean well, but good intentions can end up producing bad law.
