BWAC, as Carl Johnson intimated, perhaps we will see a
revaluation of technical stocks to more historic levels. It
seems that the market is coming back toward the historical
mean PE's. This seems to just be a normalization after
achieving such lofty levels in '99-2K... BB

You can't expect an "astute investor" to worry about the relationships between PE ratios and things like interest rates and rates of growth. Thinking about such things, or any real thinking, might cut down on the volume of his posts and we will all be the losers!
