That's unknowable, and not in our control. re: I didn't say there would not be any effect, or that it would be insignificant, I said it wouldn't be enough to marginalize OPEC. You are neglecting the fact that we produce ~40% of our consumption (albeit declining). Look at the numbers again. It's pretty obvious that we need to do something. John
