rich re<<"are we at the place where you can invest a chunk of money?"

As you may know that number's been updated and we're close but not quite there yet. Personally I think this downturn may be setting us up for a huge and perhaps final rally for the cyclical bull. The economy has clearly slowed recently and numerous tech companies of all sized have warned and most all have mentioned trouble closing Q1 orders. The market also smells a slowdown with this manic rotation out of cyclicals and growth. I think the Fed will soon accept it as well and whenever they indicate that automatic 1/4 point rate hikes will no longer be a given we may be off to the races for a while. Also the somewhat ludicrous notion of a possible 50 basis point rate hike near term will have a fork stuck into it. Maybe some unwarranted concern about the CPI and PPI this week will cause a final orrecton bottom if we dont reach one Monday or Tuesday with this increased negative sentiment around. We're now down 7% off the 52 week high which usually puts us in interesting territory
