I wish I didn't believe that, but I do--Mr. Market rarely makes exceptions. Even if Sandisk reports a booming quarter (which I too expect, though there could be a fly in the ointment if their MP3 line disappoints--I can't see other disappointments right now if the info we've posted on ASPs has been on the mark), Mr. Market will say to himself, well, everyone else isn't doing so well, it's only a matter of time before Sandisk doesn't do so well either. I've been there with other sunshine-in-the-gloom stocks too, loading up on options prior to the report, and even though the report was fine or even better than expected, the stock didn't shine as brightly as I naively expected.

On the other hand, there have been exceptions to that "rule" too. Hope springs eternal.
