Laz, I thought it a provoking post, replete with much liberal fiction, and that is why I brought it here. I thought also that it took a lot of <whatever> to state, "I've wasted a better part of a week defending scientific thought and principles". Yes, even I, the severely mathematically challenged, was eagerly awaiting a response to your query to that poster. As far as I can see, Usenet is still around and thriving. I go there often via google. I see far less spam and far fewer "Make Money Fast" posts than I did a few years ago. Usenet lives and is lively. You write, "Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it and right is right, no matter who does it. Democrats better realize that and embrace it." Very well stated! What I get out of that post to which you are replying is quite a lot of pompous podium-pounding. - Holly
