I don't really like paper gold much other than parking in CEF for a trade once in awhile. I prefer physical.

Everbank is a good way to invest in currencies and get some yield. Their new Asian CD pays a yield. If you can, it would be best to keep foreign currencies and PMs outside the US so it won't be confiscated when the USD crashes and the war on oil or terrorism needs funding so you're either with us or against us.
