In any case, UW, the recruiting problem is "spinning up" just as the troop levels needed are "spinning down." We will be lowering the Iraq level in the next twelve months. If part of the recruiting problem is due to casualties, they will be dropping also. You are not going to get the draft you want. BTW, "Doonesbury" has had a real funny strip lately.
