I saw a recent article in one of the biz mags that said Chinese workers in the countryside earn around .44/hour, and workers in the cities earn $1.04/hour, they said the blended average wage for China was around .66/hour... The big problem over there is the growing disparity between their new 'capitalist class' and the dirt poor farmers who get their land taken away for development and get nothing...

Well, I was thinking along the lines of technology which of course the Chinese Govt would be doing the buying. jdn
