I dont think arnold is dumb but even if he isnt the brightest bulb, he could be a reaganesque/fdr ish president. Both of those guys werent rocket scientists and we owe them both alot despite critics on the right for FDR and critics on the left for RR. mike

to be President, you will need minimum 150 IQ.

That just silly. You want a smart president but it isn't the only quality you need and if you limit it to people with 150 IQs than you really limit the pool you can draw people from.
