Ah, good to see you are back with the sharp edge, Nadine. Couldn't be too far away. As usual, you misunderstand the conversation. I'm willing to continue to stick with the Krugman argument (though I must say John and Dave have led me to think about those factors and to notice and read when I see articles about them in the future) until someone points to the research literature on these questions. We've had a civil conversation on these points. Up to this point. Ah, but here comes Nadine. Who thinks posting here is more akin to ideological warfare than to friendly living room conversation.
