AS, you do not know anything...you have confused an incident where one man's wealth was put ahead of God. For this man to be wealthy and with eternal life in Heaven, Jesus told him to give all his wordly possessions to the poor on the roads.

Read Mark: Chapter 12, verses 15-17, and verses 41-44

What Jesus believed is:

"Jesus doesn't want you to be poor. He wants you to be rich. He wants you to have money in this world, but not for money to have you. He wants you to have wealth in heaven as well."

As....."Jesus's belief that the rich must give all their money to the poor is basically communism.".....

If the rich gave all their money to the poor eventually there would be NO rich...no rich to build factories and create jobs...so would everyone end up being rich or would we all end up being poor.
