Thanks, TS, I didn't know about that site. I either use loislaw or westlaw, both fairly expensive, but business expenses. Amazing how google has transformed even a lot of legal research as many of the legal data bases are fairly arcane when searching. I often find that it is easier to find a legal reference in google than a proprietary database.
