First, please stop using the racist term “slant-eye”! not all Chinese have slant eye, and that is just a stereotype and racist terminology. No, I was talking about two dif. kinds of muscle here. One is economic and the other is so-called human right. And the West does have a very strong muscle in terms of capitalism and market economy. Not necessarily they are so much better than planning economy and socialism, but the West does have much more resources to reinforce their strategy (how do they get those resources? by war and colonialism!). But the West human right muscle is a joke, only the US people themselves believe it. Go to ChongQing, SiChuan Province, and visit the US sponsored prison built specially for torturing Chinese who were against Jiang JieShi gov. Yeah, that is the US human right record! And that is not because the pressure from the US, but because the helm man of China – Deng wanted to do it. And you are quite right; it does looks out of control. But without this outsourcing, how could the capitalism keeps developing? And how could they keep increasing the productivity, using less labor to produce more than people in the West could ever consume, and how could they keep maximizing the profit? The nature/essence of the capitalism has flaw in itself, and it bounds to be go into a dead end. I have given example that how Walmart doing business in China (maybe in other countries too). By the price they finally give, the manufacturers have no way but to use plenty of child labor and force workers work overtime without extra pay. And actually I am blaming the Capitalism. It is the West who brings them into China. So they are indeed responsible for a lot of bad things happened in China since 1978. >>Why did china adopt it? Why China adopts the market economy? Because the West has won the cold war, because the market economy and capitalism prevail for the most part, because the head of China – Deng Xiaoping wants the capitalism in China. And yes, the US has won. The other day I heard on the radio, a guest used to work for the US DOD, said the US strategy is to control the whole world. And how would they do that? Either have a military base, or force the country adopts the so-called democracy and free trade. By this way, they connect all the dots (individual country) together and keep their hegemony. And up till now, I think they are pretty successful. Although I personally doubt how much this imperialism strategy would really benefit most of ordinary Americans. But seems most people in the US are fine with this. Ok, I am not try to convincing you, and I make my point. So let's agree to disagree, and move on.
