Maybe so but this administration is much farther right than Clinton was left.

Maybe, it kindof depends on what you consider the center which is itself a judgement call.

I see..........so that makes it okay.

Rather odd for you to see that it makes it ok. I don't. It is however nothing new or unusual, or a sign of facism. If you want to maintain that is is a sign of facism then I guess all the presidents during those wars were all facists...

How can you possibly say that torture as SOP is not supported?

Easy it is against the rules and people do get prosecuted for it.

In fact, there is growing evidence that it was SOP ordered from the top.

Not really.

And the fact still stands that's the tack the Nazis took with Germany prior to the start of WW II.

The important agreements the Nazis backed away from where simple broken or ignored or violated. For the most part there where no withdrawl provisions.

In any case violating treaties has little to do with the special evil of the nazis. Treaties have often been violated and many of those who violated them (let alone exercised pre-approved withdraw options like the US has recently) have little or no connection with facism.
