our health care program doesn't accept charges when she gets her in grown toe nails taken care of. Doctor sends in bill for large left toe and large right toe. computer kicks it out duplicate.. and only pays for one procedure. It worked fine until three or four years ago.. until then never a problem. I call customer service looks at bill submitted , agrees and resubmits bill for other procedure. I have been doing this ever six weeks for last three years.

Customer service says they cannot fix computer!

ps this has nothing to do with un of penn. this one is Aetna and a doctor out of network.
