The word is already out that Delay knew everything. of course he hasn't testified under oath yet, but that's the story. You have to remember too, Delay is the one who personally designed this pipeline of lobbyists money. That's how he rose to power, trading legislation of regulated industries for cash then passing some of that cash onto congressional candidates, who then owed him their loyalty.
