Mercator Partners Acquisition Corp., which went public on April 15, 2005 and raised gross proceeds of $59.5 million, has announced that it has signed two letters of intent pertaining to two acquisitions in the telecommunications industry. The company did not provide any additional information and has not yet filed an 8-K.

The Class A and Class B units, originally priced at $10.50 and $10.20 each, closed today at $11.33 and $11.50, respectively.
