Not sure how good those bureaucrats are.. pb) en.rian.ru TIMOSHENKO TO VISIT RUSSIA AFTER SOWING CAMPAIGN KIEV, April 16 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko will go to Russia after the sowing campaign, Novosti-Ukraine agency reports. "I hope we shall have time for this between the sowing and harvesting campaigns," Timoshenko stressed. According to the Ukrainian premier, she does not conduct any negotiations on the closing of the criminal case against her. "Today Russia and Ukraine should understand that a new history of our relations has begun," Timoshenko underscored. "I see that Russians cannot understand many things at once, particularly, these new honest and just conditions of life," she noted. "It is necessary to learn to respect other country and find compromises," the Ukrainian Prime Minister stressed. "I want everything to be different now," she added. "We have to get used to this. Adaptation is not always smooth and easy. But I want to make this period as easy as possible. Being the Ukrainian Prime Minister, I am a partner of Russia. Our relations should be mutually beneficial.
