You disagreed with my assertion that an exception for the health of the woman would result in the universal claim of health risk. But you won't tell me what you think is invalid about my assertion. A repeat. I misunderstood your point and disagreed with something you did not say. I don't think anything is invalid about it. I'm now reading this interminably long article in the Times Magazine on judicial appointments. The "Constitution in Exile" crowd. Not Scalia's crew.
