To be fair, much of this is Heise speculation. The near-term stuff is more trustworthy. But 2007 stuff? I doubt Intel and AMD have any confidence in TDPs, let alone Heise.

Yes, I would like to see a translation by a native speaker (or at least the highlights) of the text of the article accompanying the graphic. Where did they get this info? Specially the performance and power #'s? Are these leaked info or speculation on the magazine's part?
