Doesn't bother me if it is a big business. As long as you can only marry one person at a time and you have to stay married to them at least a year or two before permanent residency will be granted I don't think it will have any significant negative impact on the US.

If OTOH they could marry, divorce the next day, turn around and marry another immigrant and so on, than I could see how it would be a problem but IMO it would be better to change the immigration rules rather then crack down on people who are technically following the rules.

Anyone know what the actual rule is?
