I'm not seeing too many under 20 favoring put buys. If IVs comes off on the B rally this might change, so will tend to track.

it will be interesting to see what happens to the vix on any rally we get. I have a hunch poots aren't going to get cheap again.

I don't know much about option valuations other than what I learned in grad school: you stick a few variables in Black-Scholes and out pops a price. Do you know of a good on-line educational source?

I think a lot of Bully retailers are ripe for shorts, even without much of a bounce. I've been short CHS and URBN since January. I finally have a profit in CHS and am getting close in URBN, but they still have a hell of a long way to fall. I am sure there are others. these just come to mind:

Russ,

These are stocks testing/breaking important trendline support:

wbsn mdc wfmi cdwc wdc dhi wind wy ^crx

Most TLs are a couple years in the making.

I would add steel and oils to the list:

STEELS: X NUE AKS STLD OS IPS PKX WPSC ISG ZEUS WOR RS
OILS: COP XOM SUN UCL OXY SLB

and I really like the idea of a short XLF/long SPY pairing as a low-risk financial sector fade based upon their overrepresentation in the S&P.
