if you're incapable of supporting your robin hood premise, then we must assume the "bigger picture" based upon robin hood is indefensible also...

If u get an Explanation of Benefits from an insurance company. (ERISA or other private insurance) U will see no less that 3 different variations of company names. 3 corporate shells. 3 people confusing u about where the money is, where the money goes, who is writing the check, who is doing the review, who is doing the administration of benefits, different addresses, different reviewers for institutional vs private contracts, who is doing the appeals, ect ect ect..... If it sounds confusing it's because it is. the entire system is designed to confuse you and confuse u about the money trail. it's designed to justify the jobs that it supports, it's designed to make the payment process as difficult as possible. if a private company did that, one that was truly visible where there was no mystery. They would be out of business in a heartbeat. The story gets even more twisted when you try to PRIVATIZE what is already slaughtered by the FEDS and MEDICAID burracrazy. If you privatize it u just create another level of Mafia. you basically paying another guy to be a middle man. you basically sending your money to another guy packaging and cutting from the system. They r not adding value to the system they just creating another level of review. creating more jobs and cutting their take off the money trail. the end result is this huge balloon in administrative costs like a black widow killing the male spider. the black widow spider screams fraud and abuse but thats not even the problem. fraud and abuse is not the problem. the mafia middle man is the problem. and the review process and payment system itself is the problem. the end result is everybody starving to death and people going to canada to get drugs, health care providers going bust. no health care for anyone that can't pay 800 dollars a month to support the bureaucracy, that kind of stuff....all the while. the legislature takes the money that was supposed to earmarked to pay for workers' compensation and health care and puts it in a general fund. calls it PRIVATIZATION and spends the money. The provider starves to death and nobody really cares....Thank u and hav a nice day.
