Now had he argued that this body of thought does not favor overturning environmental laws, minimum wage laws, etc., then he would have had a point. I gather, however, he concedes that point. We are libertarians, John. We want to get rid of regulation. Not going to happen, but nice to think about. Volokh is pointing out that Rosen is setting up another "vast right wing conspiracy" strawman for the left to scare people with. The real movement here is to restore private property rights. The present Supremes have just about wiped them out.
