Wow... very interesting. And very encouraging. Again I have questions: if things like this are around and can be developed to make us petroleum independent, why are we plundering Alaska? Why are high school physics teachers and not politicians talking about this and putting elbow grease into it? Why are the budgets shoestring budgets financed probably by high school bake sales, and meanwhile federal funds and policies are taking square aim at Alaskan preserves with billions in taxpayer money in a way that is short-sighted and will solve nothing? I wonder what might happen if that high school physics teacher were put in charge of those decisions? T
