It is entirely possible they are paid by Japanese themselves, or CIA, or maybe Taiwanese gov.! There are plenty of these people on the Chinese forums paid by foreign power just to stir up enough mud in the water and hoping to create chaos in China or making all kinds of unfounded rumors! We called them the 5th army (of the West) or hired guns.
