The GOP is guilty of racial tokenism. Condi Rice is not qualified but she gets the big jobs anyway, even after she's failed miserably. What national security advisor would get a big promotion after letting 9-11 happen to the nation by ignoring terrorist threats? Thst's not racism. The racism is on the rightwing. They find a few blacks willing to take orders and they promote them to the top strictly for show. It's called Uncle Tom'ism. But blacks don't buy it. It's not fooling anyone.
