Why did Dave just delete your post on the AP Banned thread where you used a word related to a male's anatomy in order to assail those with which you disagree? IMHO posts like that should be left to stand, so that cretins such as yourself are properly exposed for what they are. Please get a better grasp on the English language. I learned by citing Chaucer and Latin in federal court that the courts don't really care whether or not any counsel or pro se is Mezzofanti; they do however care about matters of law, not always the same thing, different language. I answered your loaded question which if defense counsel made it during trial likely would result in a sustained objection, but why don't you answer my question. You see, honest people don't hide. I am sure Berber and Moor are salivating at attempting to employ SI posts against me. If they try it, that will open a whole new can of worms now won't it -like why they responded through aliases, instead of directly challenging my "unsubtantiated and outrageous allegations" all these years, when they had no problem previously posting all over this site in aid of their unlicensed stock broker criminal schemes. I do really wonder what possible explanation they might conjure for this aberrant behavior during a jury trial.
