Bush never claimed he was planting any seeds in the ME. That was just his 13th excuse for invading Iraq after the first 12 reasons turned out to be BS. He still hasn't told us the truth and never will. The invasion of Iraq was planned even before 9-11. It was a way to grab oil-fields for his benefactors, the oil business. Can I prove this? Not really. But it's obvious. Cheney's group had drawn up plans for how to seize the Iraqi oilfields before 9-11. And that would also explain why Cheney was picked as VP. He and Halliburton were the perfect accomplices.
