I haven't changed, impristine, as you and other can surely recognize having followed my posts for more than five years: I'm open and candid as I ever was. This litigation has not changed who I am. On the other hand, it does now seem that maybe my antagonists are finally losing it in the face of some inconvenient truth-telling, resorting to some desperate tactics in the hope maybe this time I'll be finally intimidated and slapped down: First I am a blackmailer and extortionist for making they claimed private "threats." I point out that I said pretty much everything publicly. Then it turns out maybe I'm not a blamckmailer or extortionist, OK, so sorry for those injudicious allegations, but surely then I must absolutely be a breacher of agreements that paid me to shut-up (which if that were true would make anyone who executed the agreements with me guilty of conspiring to blackmail and extort, including all parties and their counsel - that's right, none too clever are we?). ROFLMAO cretins, please make up your minds which one it is. Now as to what I think you meant there are some answers here: (a) No, I am not alright and am incredulous that these defendants have managed to get away with their crimes all this time, and their compounding them by committing even more virtually every day during this litigation, which I specifically detailed here so don't need to repeat; (b) No, I am not alright because the damages have hurt me very badly and it's going to take judicial proceedings and one Hell of an award to even begin to remedy them; (c) You read what I said and I took the risk but I want others to know who were hurt, since now I'm basically being accused of blackmail and extortion (isn't that a novel tactic, criminals with money accusing their antagonists of the crimes they themselves have committed), that they're not alone, I understand and empathize with what happened to them; and (d) I am perfectly alright, maybe you should ask Berber and Moor that question, considering that the only rulings since I filed the amended complaint were: (i) to order a hearing where none of the defense arguments were given any weight by the District Court whatsoever; (ii) the hearing involved the motion for an injunction being summarily denied and repeated defense complaints about e-mails rejected, even if I did have some humor and call myself Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in one of them (now you must have something comical to say about that Mr. SI Poet Laureate, come on :-)); (iii) the next order was written ordering that the allegations this particular "menace to the judicial system" as Berber and Moor claimed was going to lead to default in favor of Mr. Menace unless Trading Places appeared through counsel within no more than ten days. I think Berber and Moor are trying a last-ditch effort to have me file a sanctions motion in Texas. I have every right to do it; but there is no way, these eyes have learned to focus on the ultimate goal. Now, impristine, I haven't always liked what you said, but maybe the time is ripe for one of your patented haikus, some sonnet, or even free-form. If it takes aim at me and/or my litigation, then I might have to dust off my literary skills and reciprocate - but you don't really want to do that to me do you? (LOL). We shall duly see. Whether or not I like you is not the issue: you and AP IMHO were always at the very top of the list of intelligent and colorful posters. I've missed yours, and, considering all the cowardly posters/alter egos trying it on recently, I miss those of AP too. There is one thing of which I am completely certain: Berber and Moor the cowards that they are won't dare post a thing here, though they did for years, BUT, say I had been involved in civil litigation against AP? I have a feeling that AP would not have cravenly hidden behind aliases, but rather that he would have had the nerve to take direct aim himself, as I noticed he did with his letters to Judge Dearie in New York. For that courage, even after what he did, I have some respect. For Peter Michaelson too. Even if maybe misguided. AP is a far better man by miles and miles than Berber will ever be. AP didn't deliberately set out to destroy thousands of traders, and I will tell you now that I contacted AP a few years ago, and he had nothing but scorn for the DT industry. Now the question is why Berber is trying to accuse my through his alias cronies of phantom allegations in order to evade the civil and criminals penalties he so richly deserves, as I have alleged in federal court. <i?damn dude. r u alright?
