Yep. Surprisingly, Nikkei sells off a lot more than SP500.
Looks like the naked put sellers have lost the expiration game.
They should still be very underhedged to the downside, given
where VIX and VXN are trading. Yet, the pigmen are attempting to
reverse the market now, rather than hedging their naked put
exposure. Futures accounts are settled in cash at the end of the
day. So, the pigmen may not have a lot of dry powder left after
Friday.
