We are going around in circles. The illegal activity is being prosecuted as it should be. Everyone who paid the least attention to the debacle is now a better, more cautious investor.

But you don't assume illegality. Risk is one thing; CFO's stealing money; auditing firms looking the other way

Illegality is already illegal. You don't need new regulation to make it illegal.
