Sergio ALAN: The Walrus purchase is comfirmed, but I'm not privy to the exact number of shares...the hint in the middle of your range. I do know that IR is out of town today, back for a short time tomorrow and then out of town again for the next two days. Some of the travel involves ALAN...perhaps a mini road show??? Since we now have two institutional groups involved I'd bet that they will generate more interest in the stock also. The NEC numbers are due within the next 10 days and NTT by the 15th of May. The Ohio RFP structured deal should be about done by now...AND there is supposed to be some sort of kicker coming out of left field. Ken
