I never said she was wrong, perhaps she is a little old fashioned in today's age when it comes to the Civil War though. When I was young though that was an entirely different story. My mother was 42 and father 44 when I was born so I had living relatives whose parents were in the Civil War, thus it was a lot closer then it is today. Plus, it took the South nearly a century to get over "Reconstruction" so even I saw evidence of the carnage. Heck, I used to have a pile of Confederate currency, all gone today, like the movie, "gone with the wind" jdn
