Yes poverty has gotten much worse under Bush. Poverty and pollution both. Plus the cost of energy, health care and education. Big hidden taxes there.

That story came out last year. The poverty statistics are depressing. Even worse is the American Dream being gradually pulled away from the middleclass as more and more people are under-employed, have little health care, job security, are deeper in debt and under-educated and trained for high-paying jobs. Plus many of those jobs are out-sourced now and Bush seems to support that.
