"Texas Instruments is boosting AMD and Intel A/H."

True, it is. I can hardly wait to hear BS on Bloomberg tomorrow after this AM's comedy that was played out.

INTC, I'd guess, will reinforce TXN's impact. Generally, the US market is in much better shape than the pundits daily squealing would have us believe. For the most part earnings are solid, even on the huge upticked base we saw last year.

Finally with the recent downswing in the broader indices, this market is in position to cue off AMD's next upleg which, i'd guess will be stronger than the last Oct/Nov one. Should be a real good time for AMD longs for the next couple of years (and longs in general), especially once flash is off the books once and for all and the huge flash uncertainty with it.

I'm guessing that the techs lead the next market upswing with AMD and a few others at the vanguard, once again.
