Tim, I am talking about the types that kill, maim, or mentally damage their victims. I figured as much (and in fact explicitly said so) but I think its important to note that not all the people on the sexual offenders list are severe child molesters or rapists. A lot of them have commited lesser crimes or even done things that arguably shouldn't be considered crimes. When your saying people should be locked up and the key should be thrown away, you got to be careful about who should be locked up. Tim
