Mike, Most of those with AIDS do not intentionally try to pass the disease along, if they know about it. Anyone that performs acts, with certain people, that have the risk of carrying the disease, should be required to get regular testing for it. Those that have AIDS, and intentionally go out and try to spread the disease, should be locked up just like a person that goes around raping others. To pass this disease on purpose should be considered a crime, if it is not already so.

From what I have read, chemical sterilization does not always work, so that is an iffy solution. If no crime has been committed, there should be no jail time at all. No one should have to do the time if they didn't do a crime.
