Bill, the problem with "why would anyone..." arguments is that they beg for a "why not" response. Since people have vivid imaginations, "why not" arguments are easy to create.

I would. The structure of the compensation doesn't need to be direct in my book and it doesn't take a boiler room full to do it either.
