I understand what you think the law should be. That doesn't explain why you say something like "A fetus is not an individual with all the legal rights that individuals have in our society. Regardless of your OPINION on that issue, that's the law." As if the fact that it is law, means it is unalterable settled and everyone should just accept it without a peep of protest, or as if the fact that it is the law makes the law correct. I understand you are pro-choice but I didn't think you where a legal positivist to the extreme extent of believing no law can be wrong. If you are not than your comment doesn't make much sense. Tim
