You've lost me. I'll simplify, you presented the current law in such a way as to imply that it was decisive for this conversation, but since the debate isn't about what the current law is but rather what the law should be, it would only be decisive in this debate if you are an extreme version of a legal positivist. Edit - The other point was that my argument wasn't a strawman argument because it was not making a false case your your side which I could then demolish. Tim
