"Could it be that a bit wayward partner who is doing AMD too is being punished with deliberate short-supply?" ...like the Intel-lady that walked off the stage before AMD got it's prize for Best CPU Producer ? If Intel "is" denying these Cos. CPUs "just because" they're also selling AMD, then IMO nothing could be better ! ..more fuel for the JFTC and EU-FTC when the (Fab36) snowball starts rolling ? ( I expect AMD to hold back on a possible damages claim against Intel - that is "until" they can SUPPLY (Fab36+Chartered) their new ( and old ) partners, should this "game" continue ) BTW .. here's an interesting lin at THG on Chartered ! tomshardware.com
