I am no expert, but I believe the market for such devices is still relatively small when compared to Si semiconductor devices, so I don't think Leica or its lenses pose a significant direct threat to ASML at this point. Hopefully Cary can shed more light on this.

According to this list artwork.com, Leica is a customer of ASML.

ASML's significant competitors are Canon and Nikon, both of whom manufacture their own lenses.
