Rydex Nova/Ursa went lower yesterday than even what we saw after the close of Friday. Down to 0.20 now--levels not seen since October. Maybe even yesterday's trading made more people nervous.

However, i would note that this ratio has a lower range in the spring to fall period (0.15 to 0.30) and fall to spring period (0.25 to 0.45).
...that should also be factored in.
(still a bullish indicator at this point, imho).

Hello Bob,

Your right. It happened last August though, and if (and that's a big IF) INTC after da close says something good a la TXN, an island reversal is not outta da question and that's somethin da shorts have to guard against as they don't want to be trapped here as opposed to shorting the market with impunity before.
