TP, Yes, at birth, defined by when the cord is cut and the fetus is no longer parasitic.

On TV, there are these Carl's Jr. commercials showing a "parasitic fetus" in the womb talking to his mother. (I don't know if you've seen them or even if there's a Carl's Jr. around where you live.)

The ad is for a spicy jalapeno sandwich, and the slogan says, "It ain't for babies." Funny how that ad assumed the "parasitic fetus" in the womb was an actual baby.
