The current Bush CIA chief wanted even deeper cuts in intelligence spending. That being Porter Goss. Kerry's cut ideas were for spy satellites, but he wanted to put more money into human resources on the ground where they could do more good. It turned out Kerry was right. We needed less satellite and more humint spending.

This charge is just another dishonest stove calling the kettle black charge, typical of Bushie propaganda ministers.
